Return Policy
Shopppenship will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached and in its original package. Upon receipt of returned goods, Shoppenship reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. All sales on thongs, G- Strings, teddies and other intimately worn apparel are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Shoppenship will not cover shipping and handling on returned merchandise.
To exchange an item, you must return the item you do not want and place a new order. You may do this at any time. To place a new order, please visit www.hfcmall.com.
We cannot automatically process exchanges and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
You may return merchandise by mail for a full refund within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Shoppenship does not refund shipping and handling charges. Returns may be sent to:

To process a return of website merchandise, please send an e-mail to order_desk@shoppenship.com. Include in the e-mail, the order number (found in the upper right hand corner of your order form) and the reason for the return or exchanges of merchandise. After receiving your return request you will be sent a Return Authorization Code. Please include the Return Authorization Code with package.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) days of our having received your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to you account once they have received the refund information from Shoppenship.
Shipping Policy
Once your payment has been authorized, Shoppenship will send you an e-mail confirming your order and payment. You may check your order status at any time after the purchase has been completed by emailing our order desk.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment has been authorized. Orders placed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
